Day by day our local cook – Dennis Bumann -surprise the palate with fresh delights. Special, varied, imaginative and lovingly prepared, for every taste. He garanties for quality, variety and freshness of the food.

 

At lunch time, delicious regional dishes are served in the cosy dining room and on our magnificent hotel terrace. Let the tranquil nature and the fascinating mountain panorama give you a completefully peaceful feeling.

 

The whole of the Etoile team will do it‘s utmost to give you best service, so that you can really enjoy an unforgetable holiday.

All the days, we‘ll surprise you with a special-dinner – this is our weekly-culinary-program:

 

Saturday:   Spoiling-half-board with buffet of

                  salads
Sunday:      "The spirit of Switzerland and the
            Alps"
with 
typical Swiss delishes

Monday:     A typical Wallis style evening with
                  Raclettes or cheese-fondue
Tuesday:     "Fire-and-Flame" Romantic-Dinner"

Wednesday:delicious meat-fondue “Etoile” with
                   house-made sauces and divers 

Thursday:    "Fiesta Mexicana"
Friday:        "Welcome on board..."

Most times we decorate the tables and buffet
according to this special theme!
