Travelling by public transport:
Travelling by public transport: travel by train via Visp and change to the “Postauto” for a direct route to Saas-Fee. “Postauto” stops are right in front of the railway station building. Express to a holiday paradise!
There are scheduled train connections to Visp from Zurich, Basel and Geneva airports. Hand over your luggage at your starting railway station and collect it again at the “Postauto” station in Saas-Fee. Guests arriving by public transport may tell us of their arrival time by telephone before leaving, or call us from the “Post” station or the tourist office (free of charge). We will be happy to pick you up in our electric taxi as soon as possible.
Luggage special
You will be able to have your luggage collected from any address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein free of charge. Just two days later, we will deliver your luggage to the hotel.

Travelling by private transport:
car drivers from the north can travel via Berne through the Lötschberg (car train), from the east via the Furka Pass (or car train), from the south via the Simplon Pass. If arriving from western Switzerland, travel to the Saas valley via Lausanne, along the Rhone valley to Visp.

Parking informations
The "Pearl of the Alps" begins where the highway ends! Saas-Fee is car-free! When you arrive in Saas-Fee, just leave your car in the car park building or in the open-air parking lot at the entrance to the village.
Entrance through the parking garage at the village entrance. At first, unload your luggage in terminal A or B, then phone our hotel from the free booths and you’ll be picked up right away and taken to your accommodation free of charge (Phone-Nr. 027-9581158/ Hotel Etoile). Please, communicate us your terminal-number of your loading-dock of luggage. During the time you are waiting for our electro-hotel-taxi, park your car either in the car park building or on the open-air parking lot at the entrance to the village. You and your luggage are picked up at the parking by our hotel-owned electrocar and brought to our hotel in a comfortable manner. From this moment, you enjoy your holiday without the car!
If you stay longer than 24 hours in Saas-Fee, you will get a reduction on your parking fee with the electronic visitor-card (citizen-pass). This Pass you will receive in our hotel at the Check-in. All pay machines have been converted to directly apply the rebate of the Citizens Passport! You can pay the parking-fee on different places of the parking-area or at the exit. Total parking-capacity in Saas-Fee: 3000 places.

Free pick-up-service
Tell us the terminal number of your luggage unloading point. While you’re waiting for the hotel’s electric taxi, park your car in the multi-storey car park. You will be collected without delay and conveyed to the hotel free of charge.
