Euro: Subject to change/ without notice of currency-change of the Euro - The indicated prices in Euro are calculated on a rate of 1.25 – Payment in Euro possible. These prices are valid per person per day, including overnight stay, breakfast buffet and a rich 4 - 5 course evening meal, as well as all taxes and VAT. These prices are calculated on a base of a minimum stay of 3 days, for 1 – 3 days = addition of CHF 5.- (Euro 4.-) per day.

Our top-hit for summer 2012 (23th of june – 6th of oct 12): Using of all cable-cars and postcars in the Saas-Valley is included in the indicated hotel-rates (excl. summerski) – Check-out: until 10 a.m. / Check-in: after 12 a.m.

REDUCTIONS AND SPECIAL PRICES:

· bed and breakfast without evening meal CHF 23.- (Euro 17.70) reduction on above prices

· children in parents‘ room (extra bed) :
0-2 years old = free 2-6 years old = CHF 25.- per day (Euro 19.25)
6-12 years old = 50% reduction

· children in separate bedroom or in a family-room - price on inquiry

· dogs : CHF 10.- per day (Euro 7.70) non fed

· groups of 10 and more people : price on inquiry - depending on number and time of year 10 - 20% reduction

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

· deposit of 40% of the total sum of booking

· please make cash payments at the hotel if possible or maestro or postcard

CANCELLATIONS:

· only written cancellations will be accepted

· no charges for cancellations up to 3 months before date of arrival

· 40% of the arrangement price will be charged (no refund of deposit) for cancellations between 3 and 1 month before date of arrival

· 80% of the arrangement price will be charged for cancellations less than 1 month before date of arrival or for premature departure

We advise you to take out an insurance policy for travelling cancellations
